Fire Incident at Vergon Ville, Las Piñas City has reached to 2nd Alarm

Over 20 houses were affected by the fire incident at Vergon Ville, Pulang Lupa Dos, Las Piñas City on December 06, 2021, Monday. The incident happened on a residential compound at River Drive. Due to the narrow pavements of the location, it reached the 2nd alarm before it was officially declared fire out pass 12 o’clock midnight of the following day. There is an estimated worth of over 300,000 pesos of damage to properties. The affected residents was now at the barangay's covered court where modular tents was built for them to stay and let the night pass. The residents had little to none to save from their belongings. Moreover, a fire volunteer was injured in the middle of fulfilling of extinguishing the fire out. The residents were now asking for help, now that the holidays were coming near and the unfortunate incident of losing their home happened. Also, the local government with the help of Department of Social Welfare and Development aid first help assistance to the affected families.
